Completed in the Fall of 2019, Decoding Experience is the second extensive publication from the Dimensional Innovations Marketing team. Written and edited by Lead Content Strategist, Chloé Isaak, Decoding Experience is a culmination of thought leadership surrounding the corporate industry—covering everything from employee experience to customer experience centers and beyond.

The magazine showcases a variety of corporate solutions through thought-provoking articles, pulling from industry research and DI’s own extensive portfolio. Designed to be more engaging than a simple ‘white page’ document—a format that the industry commonly uses to distribute information—Decoding Experience allows photography to shine as the main focus with large-scale spreads dedicated to imagery. Supporting copy and pull quotes paired with industry-related statistics makes this magazine something that a reader can sit down with for an extended period or simply skim.
